What is the best way for an Austrian Citizen to move legaly to the USA?

I have an Austrian citizenship and I went to college in the states from 1999-2003. I loved the country, and now I would like to return, live and work there. I do have an American college degree and Austrians are Visa waivers. Any ideas? Opening a small business perhaps?

Answer:
The yearly Diversity Visa Program is one good way you can live and work in the US legaly, though it is a matter of luck, you never know, you just might be that lucky to be selected.I tried it for five years, in the 5th year I was selected and will be moving over to the states any time. New applications will commence anytime from September/October. It is one of the easiest and very legal way to live and work in the US. Stay where you are at honey the Amero and NAU is on its way and you would regret moving here.
You cannot work or live in the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program. If you have a degree in the U.S. you have to get a job with a company that would petition for you by filing the I-129. follow this link for more info: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/m...

Good luck!
