Mexican Immigration Will Solve Itself

Fertility data suggest that the international migration picture is about to change.
As the debate over illegal immigration from Mexico rages in Washington and across the country, and as the administration’s reform bill hangs by a thread, few Americans are aware that this problem is on track to decline, and will eventually become a vague memory.
There has been a stunning decline in the fertility rate in Mexico, which means that, in a few years, there will not be nearly as many teenagers in Mexico looking for work in the United States or anywhere else. If this trend in the fertility rate continues, Mexico will resemble Japan and Italy—rapidly aging populations with too few young workers to support the economy.

Kinda scary..seems birth rates and fertility is going down all over the world.you know if Mexicans loose there juice..then hell...were screwed!
I better settle down, find a man, and get going! LOL! My child is going to the military...or I will hope so.
God bless America!
Oh, and I hope illegal immigration solves itself!
Thats all well and good, but what about the ones already here sucking off the teats of America?
That's good news less jumping the fence!
Thats confusing!~ I so believed it to be the other way around, I am glad to hear it, but surprised!~ there goes me rabbit theory!
Don't Bogart that joint, buddy. Are you afraid you're going to lose potential employees for your landscaping business? Lay off the talk radio and seriously consider that the USA is the target of a slow, deliberate takeover.
Corruption is a big issue not only in Mexico but in all Latin American Countries. People often forget that many Latin American countries have large economies, the only problem is wealth is not distributed equally. Until the middle class in those countries grow to a decent level of their population, you will still see people looking for any way to cross the border into the USA or any other industrialized country. Perhaps instead of spending millions in a fence invest that money in schools and agricultural incentives in rural areas of Latin America and add local advertising campaings about the dangers of illegally crossing the border.
interesting...thank you 4 posting that. I will research it some more.
Somebody better tell the Mexicans because I don't think they are in on the news
If I were American, I would try to be a little more open-minded regarding this controversial topic.
As an outsider, I believe most Americans do not care about this issue that affects their economy.
How many Mexicans and Central Americans are currently in the U.S.? How many of them are paying taxes and helping to make progress?
An inside look is necessary to be made by many Americans that deny the fact, which is that immigrants help to support the economy of a country.
Now...the problem won't solve itself. Americans need to solve them in their congress. Just pass the law...make them legal residents. Period.
