Here is my explaination that I knew about and has been confirmed by Mexicans on this site.First the Mexicans that look down on the illegals are mostly spanish blood white Mexicans. The illegals are Indios from Mexico or further south and is noted by their brown skin.Before the illegals came to the USA they were already hated and looked down upon by the white Mexicans.Just because they are Indios.
I gave you a chance to explain. Here is more. Your sole intention was to make the illegals look bad mainly because you are one of those white persons. Legal white Mexicans living in the USA say they hate illegals because they do not come into the USA legally.The truth of the matter white Mexicans hate them because they are brown skin Indios.
Winston, your question has been answered before. it is not that complicated. The Mexican government and the rich white Mexicans do not want to do anything for their poverty. They are encouraging and assisting the brown skin Indios to come to the USA illegally.In other words they want the USA to take care of their poverty.

I've asked that myself.for the most part...they say they are incapable of doing anything about their govt..yet still take pride in their country...very very confused people if u think about it
Their govt is totally corrupt.the people there have no hope for something better.so instead of getting rid of their politicians, they go and be someone else's problem.

because the people of mexico voted for the wrong present Felipe Canrdon who will do nothing for the poor people even though he has family up here. The election was just last year and there was a other man by Lopez Orbor who was going to do alot for the poor people and to almost get rid of rich people in the nation but now many people are movein to the US because of shootings of drug cartels and the govemement must do something aobut it. so the answer your question is that we just had crappy presidents
Mexico has a SERIOUS problem with corruption and they have no infrastructure. Most of their roads are dirt. That is pathetic. For a country that is democratic with soooo many natural resources,to be such a failure is shameful.

corruption is widespread in Mexico, I'm Mexican American and my grandfather came from Mexico, we visit about every year and i can tell you from experience the cops will take cash from anyone i I'm starting to think the cops are just there to collect money from foreigners

Unless you are in college and are researching the problems in Mexico, it's a difficult issue to understand and it's wise not to make suggestions if you just don't know. Mexico is corrupt and not easy to change.
And It's Mexico's problem not ours. If you are so worried about Mexico and almost every country in the world (because "illegals can be anyone not just Mexicans) why don't you protest about it.
You think we can solve Mexico's problem. We couldn't even solve ours by passing the bill. So we have to think about what you do here before you complain about another country.
