I wanna move to the states..?
Answer:
I would suggest that you stay in England. This country is incredibly divided, and our politicians are relatively corrupt.
If I were you, I would move to Canada. Free health care and infinitesimal criminal occurrences.
go to mexico the come across the border like everyone else.
u know u should move to new york
^*. I know a boat you can get on ha ha hehe
Just fly to Mexico and walk across the border. The politicians are getting ready to grant AMNESTY to all illegals. Better get here soon or you will have to fight for a spot to cross because of the millions of people there.
Just apply for a green card and immigrant status. And also, what's so great about California and Florida besides warm weather and palm trees. New England is much better i say.
Marry a fat hillbilly broad... Hold your nose then split after a year. Or! Get in line. Better yet...sneak in we are going to be giving free passes to illegals soon!
last post was very mean. anyway, i want to live over there in london.maybe we can trade!!
good luck
Those places are expensive. I'm already here and can't afford them. Go through the immigration process like everyone else does. It will take years and years. Or you can send me $8000 pounds and I'll sneak you in. Contact me and we'll make the plans. I'll need the money first. Then I can move to Venice Beach and you can move in with me, I'll get the place all ready for us...yeah.
Just to let you know, there is no easy life anywhere. You have to work for what you want in the states like you do anywhere else.
Go to this site and see what you have to do:

Everything you need to know and do is all right there. Good luck.
Consult a professional and get the right answer.
This Gov. only helps blacks and hispanics. They get all the breaks and the white man always gets screwed.
I lived in florida for 13 years great weather hot chicks but lots of hurricanes
Apply for a work visa, then get married before it runs up.
Unfourtunately , the answer given you in some of these posts are the truth, if somewhat mean spirited. You will get better treatment if you are a Mexican or of someother hispanic group than being a white European. I don't reccomend marrying someone just to stay here. Immigration tends to aggressively look into these things. I know, because a friend of mine married a Canadian lady and he is still having trouble trying to get here legal status (she wants to be a citizen!).
I wish you the best of luck, just keep trying and do it legally! It is so refreshing to see someone from another country being pro-American. Lately all I see is hatred for us. God bless you, and I hope we can soon say welcome to America!
you could live a comfortable life in England doing what your doing too you know...
you wont be able to come here anyways. the u.s is currently only going to allow illegals in. so i guess you might as well become an illegal immigrant here so you can get amnesty lol.
how wrong is that! forget about doing it he legal way. that isn't honored anymore...sadly.
I would try and contact someone with the Immagration Board. They help people come into the country legally. I know it takes a long time for the process but you get more respect from the people here that are legal. If you do not have a criminal record then they should be able to get you through easier than with one.
I would also contact a lawyer specializing in Immagration, either from the U.S. or go to the U.S. Embassy and ask for assistance.
no way...stay in America, its too choatic around here...with the war, Bush, everything. Stay in Europe, its much better.
start ur own company, gather money (huge amount) and create a comfy lifestyle for u in England.
Ok lets look at the options.
Political asylum (just for a chuckle) - no chance
Marriage - the easiest way to get in, especially for a Brit, but you do need to be in love with a US citizen of the opposite sex. The immigration people are very good at checking!
Study - This is an option, at least in theory. You'd need to prove you could fund your studies and work opportunities would be severely restricted - campus stuff and the like.
Work - Time to be brutal, I'm afraid. An HNC isn't going to get you in. There are so few work-based visas that employers look for advanced degrees - Masters is becoming the standard. You would need to investigate whether or not your training as a personal trainer/physio will translate into something. See the link below for more information.
Green Card Lottery - Britain doesn't qualify because we send so many across with other visas. It is unlikely it ever will. Northern Ireland has separate rules (allowing for two, three year, stints in the USA) but you'd have to be domiciled there.
This will not be easy. An immigration attorney might set you back 2 or 3 thousand pounds. It is, sadly, becoming more difficult for skilled workers to enter the USA legally. If this is truly what you want, you will find a way to do it. I did. I've been here almost six years and love it.
