What is the application process for gaining Dual (American-Mexican)citizen... What paperwork do I need?

Both parents are born in Mexico, I am a US citizen.

None, Just sneak back and forth across the border like the rest of your countrymen.
Does Mexico recognize dual citizenship. I don't think it does. If it does, then you don't have to do anything. It happens automatically meaning you retain (not give up) your Mexican citizenship when you become US citizen.
