Boy do I miss NYC. I'm Puerto Rican and can only celebrate my heritage by myself.
My Brother in-law is Puerto Rican but no I’m not going. Puerto Rico is the 51st. State even though they have not rectified it yet. They already pay and are allowed almost free movement through out the US because they are American.
my sister and her old man are going, he is half PR and American mexican. they go every year. they live in chgo, ill. his family can't stand illegals.
