If my brother was locked up, and deported, came back and got into trouble and back in prison whats going 2 hapn
Answer:
They'll deport him again.
If he comes back a third time and gets caught they could charge him with a felony. Sooner or later he's going to get sent to prison for some serious time.
he got deported the first time was he out the country for 10 years?
wait... he came back illegal again and got in more trouble and currently locked up, most liking he be DEPORTED AGAIN!!!
Im sorry to hear about your brother. And I know you love an care about him, but this kind of thing really makes me mad. He will be deported, and rightfully so. He and so many others like him are a strain on our economy, and a blight on our civilization. He should consider obtaining citizenship legally after he is deported, and stop eating up so many of my tax dollars. I'm sorry if this sounds insensitive, and I wish the best for his safety.
Well, as much as this may shock the rest of the people in this forum who cry that I'm a bleeding heart liberal who believes all illegals have a right to be here, let me say that I think he should be deported for good. I have absolutely no problem with someone who wants to come here to WORK for a better life for himself and his family but if someone wants to come just to cause trouble they can stay at home and do that. Sorry. That's just the truth.
Is his name yo-yo............................
If he was deported - why did he return........................
Does he not understand what being deported means..............
Anyway, it is up to the judge as to what happens to him now.
he will most likely be put on a canoe, straped in and sent adrift in the ocean with no ore
DEPORTED AGAIN THAT'S THE FIRST SMART THING I'VE EVER HEARD YOU SAY PAMELA.
YOUR BROTHER IS WHY EVERYONE WANTS IMMIGRANTS TO LEAVE. DID YOUR BROTHER COME BACK BY CHOICE OR THEY DON'T WANT HIM THERE EITHER? EITHER HE HAS TO MAKE SOME BETTER CHOICES WITH HIS LIFE OR MAKE THE CHOICE TO NOT RUIN THINGS FOR OTHER PEOPLE.
What part of illegal dont you people understand? Do you have any morals at all? And then you have the nerve to ask Americans what will happen, well if it were up to me Id feed him to the hogs, after all what do you think the hogs at swift meat plant ate to get big and fat?
U sound like from eastern europe cuz guys from overthere like to break the law , steal & hate to work a honest job & girls prostitute themselfs all over western europe.
He will be deported again but he will be on the watch list forever & the 3rd time is federal & he has to do at least 15 years in jail. In the US ,u get 2 chances, 3rd one is federal.
hopefully he gets deported again
he sounds like a real winner,, he will be deported and will come back again
he's gonna get deported
Federal law is that illegal re entry the first time is a felony and a 10 year federal prison sentence
Hes gone for 10 years , more if there was another crime comitted
He is going to have to do his time for whatever he got into trouble for--plus additional time for coming back into the country illegally. After he has done his time, he will be deported.
He'll likely never be allowed in the US legally, and he could serve prison time on violation of immigration laws before being deported again. I don't know about that last part though, it depends on many factors, the criminal offense that got him back in trouble notwithstanding.
deported. he should be ashamed of his self for doing illegal crap. the next time he might end up dead. god gets tired of dealing with people who wont do right. god gives life and he can take it back.
Hopefully he would be executed, but thats a little much to ask...maybe our sorry goverment will find a way to keep his pathetic *** out of my country and off my tax dollar
I'm sorry,I know he is your brother, but he should do some time in prison. Why does he think he can come into this country illegally twice, and then commit crimes while he is here?
Coming back after formal deportation is a serious felony and carries serious jail time. What punishment will actually be imposed is up to the judge, though.
