The question is in Immigration section, so I presume you are a non immigrant worker. If you are, then you should protect your interest and find another job and protect your immigration status. Consult an immigration lawyer. Also consult a Labor Law/Employment attorney. Either way, you should talk to your employer, find out what the real problem is and work it out. If it doesnot work out, you should find another job.
