How angry should we be that our government refuses to secure our borders?
Answer:
We should be pissed for many reasons.
1. The "open borders" crowd ignore that without secure borders, we aren't a soveirgn nation, but instead a settlement.
2. Many of the people who sneak across the border are criminals, terrorists, etc, and NOT hard working Americans.
3. More than half of all people in prison are illegal aliens.
4. Illegal aliens don't pay taxes
5. The more we accept stowaways into our nation as if they were legal citizens, the more problems we'll have.
It should be unnacceptable for many many many reasons, more than can be stated in the amount of words permitted on these posts.
There has never been any report of terrorists coming from the southern border or anything linking to it.
Try whinning to secure the Norther Border, they have captured people plotting to do harm to Canadians and Americans.

The Mexican border is secured.
If you want to move to he USA, try by boat... through the Florida stretch.
Try around sunset... the coast guards are taking breaks all the time.. it's so easy.
The One World Gov guys want to pull together all N American countries and keep things in a flux so they can grab more control.

Not just angry...but vulnerable to terrorists...wasnt this the great rallying cry from Bush? The border needs to be controlled now...
We should be outraged as many of us are . We need to speak loud and clear by doing our homework carefully before voting and only vote for those that stand firm on illegal immigration.

However, of the 5 subsequent points you made, only the 2nd is accurate.

To completely secure our borders might be next to impossible. Britain is surrounded by water and still it happened there. But we could be doing allot more than we are. Especially in tracking down anyone that does enter illegally.

I'd say, pretty angry.
No the American people don't have to accept a government that put laws on the books, and then sit around and do nothing.
I'm so angry I could spit re-bar and weld my own wall. But since the laws are on the books, I'm going to instead complain to the government to do their job. Follow their laws that they had passed and signed by this Bush before they wanted a "better" deal for the illegals this last time around.
If everyone got together and flooded The Homeland Security Office with letters demanding something be done something might happen! But so many people in this country just don't care or are out of touch with this growing problem. These illegals are sucking the very life out of this country financially and more and more violent crimes are committed by them every day and many of them are repeat offenders. When are we going to wake up! This country has rewarded too much bad behaviour!
