Many are Veterans (hero's) who come back from wars with mental and physical issues that get little or no medical attention , guess once you served your country your usefulness is limited and they turn into a nuisance for you while your exiting the freeway. Look into the figures of homelessness and war Veterans, also while your at it look into the figures for programs provided to help those Veterans adjust and get the mental and physical care they desperately need (that won't take long there isn't much).
Many of those "guys at the end of the freeway" are not homeless. They are professional beggars. They probably make more (in cash) in a week than they could if they worked.

It's hard to tell they are so dirty. Without a bath that would be hard to answer.
What a nice way to say that whites and blacks are lazy bums, while all Mexicans are hard working and almost god like
I totally 100% agree...I've never seen a homeless Latino begging for change...ever. Yet Ive seen some other guy with a cigarette and the brown paper bag booze, begging.
Most foreclosures happen to honest, hardworking white people so there are more homeless white people.
Most of the Mexicans who are homeless beggars never make it to America they don't have the initiative to cross the border so they stay in Mexico and beg in Tijuana.

In El Paso, they tracked a few home, they were living in nice homes and had nice cars, and lots of food.

yes you may be right, but these ppl usually arent on welfare either. homelessness is more a mental/addiction issue. AND THEYRE NATURAL BORN AMERICAN CITIZENS...we have enough AMERICAN deadbeats, we dont need mexico's deadbeats too.im all for immigrants that come to work hard, and act as respectful americans. im 100% against the ones that come and schmooze off our welfare and social services and still jam their crappy country down our throats
Most homeless people suffer from addiction and or mental illness so you can't really attach a race to that. As far as Hispanics, I'm sure there are homeless ones depending on where you are. I mean we are a very large country. It's the size of most continents. You can't make a sweeping generalization based off of what's going on in a cow town. Sheesh!!
BTW, if you want to see homeless Mexicans, take a trip to LA!! I've seen plenty!
Perhaps th ey have no family to help them.I am sure that they have had some kind of break in their lives to be homeless. Some have drug and alcohol issues, but some are dealing with emotional issues.They are so down that they can't see a way out. It is sad. We should be helping our fellow citizens instead of looking down on them.I know a homeless person who works full time but doesn't make enough to pay a high rent and has some emotional problems so that nobody will be a roomate with them.Life can be hard for some.
Because white or blacks are spoiled and don't know the real meaning of money. They are not taught to be hard workers from their parents from the beginning, it all starts with parenting. There are plenty of petty jobs out there. Picking up soda cans, bagging groceries and other petty jobs that no one wants. They can always be found. However, some might do this for a living. I read in an article some may make up to 30,000.00 a year from begging. That person may take advantage of others kindness but it sure is no way to live in the streets. But to make a long story short, other races come to AMERICA to try and make it for themselves. They are in a better position than where they was back in their home country and they are trying to make a better oppurtunity for themselves.
What a perfectly worded racist statement! No one really cares about your racial observations. How can hispanics be homeless? They live 200 to a house, they can't possibly know who everyone is. That's as racist a statement as the one you made, don't you think?
I haven't had the same experience. I usually have mexicans asking me for money because "their car ran out of gas". Just about everytime I leave the store this occurs and what's worse is 95% of the time,they stink of alcohol.
