Who knows. It would have to be in some backroom somewhere because we wouldn't let that go on if we got wind of it. A bit more than body piercing I quess. We should screen these people better before we let them into the country,do we want to go back in time hundreds of years?I am sorry to say but they have some very primative beliefs.

It's happening already and there was one guy who was found guilty of abuse towards his daughter for it. I asked about this last night to see how tolerant people are of other culture, and suprisingly a few Americans still support such activites to occur here. Frankly I don't believe in interferring in such behavior in their home country. I was curious ad compared the data of those country who perform such draconian behavior and the HIV rate and found they have the lowest in Africa, but it's unnecessary in the US. I think it's nuts how people get carried away on the belief of tolerance.
