When some one has been in the us for more than 15 years what can you do to become a legal resident??

Answer:
Did you miss the bus or what? There was an amnesty program not all that many years ago. I suggest you sneak back across the border and stand in line. The American people expect that by law you are found out and deported. Good luck.
Go back to where ever he/she came from & do it the right way. That way you will be welcomed!
It's about 15 years too late for that.
The best choice was to come here legally.
Go home.
Go back home and do it right.
I think you have to leave for a while than apply to come back. I believe the good faith effort on your part would help tremendously to push your paperwork through.
