Increase illegal immigration through 'overstays' on the 'guest worker' program and pretend color of Congressional approval to SPP (see p.210-211.)
Encourage others to come illegally here as well.
That was the point of the whole, bill, to change nothing. Then in 20 years, they will pass a bill that will do nothing again. Like in 1965 and 1986.
Ruin a lot of Americans lives, not that the people making the bill really care about our lives.
Legalize drug dealers within 24 hours, allow 12 million people to bring their uneducated families into the country, family who will probably be on welfare.

Congress will blame everyone but themselves and come up with an even more complicated bill that will be even more impossible to enforce.

(2) once they become citizens, then libs will have their million voter base.

Absolutely nothing. More than likely there will be another wave of amnesty for all illegals that are living here in the USA and they will probably rush back to their country and bring back their families and floods of other illegal immigrants here so that they can also get amnesty as well and the whole vicious cycle will just continue.

It will encourage more illegal immigration. Amnesty did not work before, and it won't work now. More illegal immigrants will come, and then they will recieve amnesty. Its all a vicious cycle that needs to be stopped in its tracks.
According to the bill, illegals will have to pay up to $5,000 dollars. That doesn't mean they will actually pay $5,000. In reality, they could actually pay $1 and pay off the fine. Then they will have to return to their homeland, how many illegals would actually return to their homeland just to get citizenship here?
