if u are married to a us citizen and now u have a conditional greencard. your spouse treats u like crap. he leaves u home for days and doesnt call u...he ill treats u. he doesnt work..u have to give him your money...is it possilble to divorce him and still get a 10 year green card after two years?

Go talk to a lawyer, because I've seen situations in which a man treated his wife really bad and treated her like his property just because he was petitioning for her, but fortunately she did have some kind of protection ( I just cant remember the exact details). My best advice is to go seek help either from a lawyer or some kind of a community center! I'm sure they will be able to help you find a solution?
You really should consult an attorney. However, it sounds like you may have a good VAWA case. Look into it.
You should have picked that up during the dating faze, unless he was one of those typical guys, who give you the world, until their greed cards comes in,,..but look for an attorney and see your options, and send his butt back,,,
