I didnt have my Stamp or I-94 on passport i'm Swdish GC interviw did good they need poof entry pay1000$?
Answer:
Although you didn't identify the basis of your interview (i.e. spouse, child, parent?), the issue is the same. If you enter without inspection, you are not permitted to adjust your status in the U.S. through an I-485 unless you qualify for a narrow exception under 245(i) of the immigration and nationality act (INA).
In English, it is YOUR burden to prove you didn't sneak across the border (i.e. that you were inspected by an immigration officer). If you can't prove it by presenting an I-94 or some other evidence of inspection, you may not be eligible to adjust. There is one $1000 exception. If any type of permanent residency petition or labor certification was filed for you prior to April 30, 2001, even if not the one under which you are currently processing, and you pay a $1000 penalty, you can adjust your status notwithstanding the entry without inspection.
Going back to your entry...you don't indicate why you don't have the stamp and I-94. If you were in fact inspected but lost these documents, you can file an I-102 Request for Duplicate I-94. If you have plane tickets or other evidence establishing your date of entry, send photocopies with the I-102.
It would be a good idea to seek assistance from an immigration attorney. Good luck
