Check out http://factfinder.census.gov/ . It only deals with the US, but majority/minority status is not generally relevant except as it effects people in their day to day lives, which makes its most relevant spatial extents range from local to national.

Do YOU know that 100% of the people on this planet are of the SAME race? The Human Race. And that's much more important than any minorities OR majorities we come up with. Like we need more things to DIVIDE us! We need to focus on the similarities, NOT the differences.
Two white gentleman are sitting in a club surrounded by blacks, asians and hispanics. One white gentleman looks at the other and says, " there are a lot of minorities in here ". This is the problem.

White is not the same as "Caucasian."
Arabs, Iranians, East Indians, Pakistanies, Armenians, Georgians, etc. are Caucasian, but they are not considered white.
Whites are under 7% of the world's population. Caucasians are 25%.

Who cares? These answers are so mean. Why does anyone have to keep track of all the races in the world? I'm concerned with Americans, not what race they are. God, I'm so DA*N tired of hearing race issues when there shouldn't be any. Get over it, get over it now and get on with something that matters, ok? Yep, by 2050 the population in the U.S will be like 49% Caucasian. That means that more than half the country will be something else (I can't find the article I read this in).
