I want to move to United states from Canada?

Is it possible for me to get work over there, I would have people to live with. I do have a post secondary diploma.

If not, what are my options, realistically speaking.

Answer:
Contact immigartion, follow the rules, become legal and welcome
Many Canadrains here But leave you anti American B/S home! Yes I know how to spell Canadians
I suggest you just go to customs, and speak to them. They will have realistic info. I live RIGHT on the US- Canadian border, and know a few Canadians. Some had a difficult time with permits etc.
go to uscis.gov for options, H1B opens in April, there are 'internship visas' for short term work in an area where you are training. There are special visas for Canadian professionals under NAFTA.

I can't say your chances, but there are options.
Why? Canada is an incredible place and people around the world love Canadians!
