If married to and living with citizen spouse in marital union for
at least 3 years before filing the application, the residence period
is shortened to 3 years. You can file the application 90 days
before the residence requirement is met. Also, you have to be a
resident for 3 months in the state or USCIS (INS) district where you are filing the application."

You need to spend 3 years at least on the US territory, pay your taxes, have no bad records or breaking any laws, then you could apply & wait in line for the test & interview.
If you can read ENGLISH, write ENGLISH, speak ENGLISH, and learn how to spell then you might be able to get it, but I don't know why our government gave you a social security number and a green card because you are an illegal and you should go back to where ever you came from and just stay there. We don't need more imigrants in the USA to work at walmart or McDonalds because there are already enough of them working there.
