Bush might be guilty of somethings, but I can't call treason on him, he's trying and he can't please everybody. Treason would be more along the lines of exposing a CIA agent or something Karl Rove would do.
The border has been "wide open" since LONG before Bush was president, try at least 3 or 4 previous presidents.
Not that I am defending him, but let's not blame HIM alone for "opening the border up".
It has been opened up since the LAST amnesty in 1986 with all the politicians looking the other way...that's why we are where we are today.
Treason is what the current administration is doing with respects to profits from the war in Iraq.

In the working world, this is called unsatisfactory job performance. In the military, they call this deriliction of duties.

The Ft. Dix terrorists had been living in the US legally for many years. They were Albanians mostly, came in from the east coast,( the 9/11 group came in from the Canadian border, not the Mexican one).
NAFTA and the super highway have been in negotiation since Bush was a child.
Mexican trucks bring goods into the US while American
trucks take goods into Mexico, it works both ways. The main concern here is the safety records and conditions of Mexican trucks.
And as for you argument about crime, I believe if you go to an American prison you'll find that almost all the inmates to be born and bred American citizens.
And with the exception of cocaine and heroin, most of the drugs we got here are from here.We grow more marijuana than Columbia and we're the worlds largest producer of illegal meth.

There is no evidence or charge that Bush has committed any crime. You may not like his policies, and argue about his results in Iraq . but, all this talk of impeachment is ridiculous until you can give some sort of proof of a crime.
