How to file for an immigrant visa?

im in the military, i married a local national. anybody know where i can start to get her an immigrant visa. im about to PCS out of here to go back to the states and passport office on this base sucks.

you need to expalin it more clearly...But if you marry to a local...Well you need to apply to get her status fix...Here in the US or were is a Embassy were you are right now if you want to start to do it there...
