Visa information?
Im going to be applying for a settlement visa ( 2 years ) for my wife to join me in the uk.
Do i need to look at settlement for my spouse? settlement for my civil partner? or settlement for my fiance?
Yes i know im stupid but realy need info on which of the above three i need to apply for.

Spouse obviously - as previous respondees have stated. However YOU apply for nothing - your spouse applies.
It depends if you are marrying in the UK (fiance visa), are already married abroad (spouse visa), or are not getting married at all (usually gay couples - civil partnership). The fiance visa is only valid for six months, by the end of which time you should have got married, then you can apply for a two year visa leading to Indefinite Leave to Remain. Check

u need settlement 4 ur spouse. u have 2 apply 2 the uk embassy where she is currently staying on that website they will tell u how 2 apply, either online or in person. check the foreign office website or uk visas website. if u need further assistance then go 2 i.v.s ( immigration & visa services) who are an independant body of ex immigration and visa officers. there u can download 4 £38 an information pack on the type of visa u require, which gives u more info than official gov sites. be warned the foreign office only gives u limited info on what documents 2 provide, because it is not in their interest to give entry clearance to your spouse. it is in their nature to be suspicious of all applicants. good luck......
