Let me see - if he is illegal - how is he an immigrant? WOuldnt you have to go through some process of some sort to become an immigrant? Wouldnt that process make it legal?
ACLU huh? that means I did something to violate one of his constitutionally gauranteed rights - do they (people here illegally) even have any of those?
I would have to go with D - constitutional lawyer since I am being faced with a constitutional question - but i dont remember anything in the constitution be gauranteed for illegal allliens - maybe I should go back and look again

I don't want to think about this. The ACLU has an endless supply of funds to make points by ruining people who are nearly blameless, but may have an opinion on record somewhere..like mytend.com.

In America you have the right to face your accuser. That would mean I would know who it was and that they were illegal. I would just report them.
Besides, how would an illegal alien, meaning a criminal from another country, win a case in America anyway? How could they even file the paperwork?
Anyway, I'm pretty sure i wouldn't need a lawyer. What would they be suing me for anyway?
I don't mean to to ridicule your question, but it seams loaded and vague.
