But you're doing it too. You teach best what you most need to learn (famous hippy quote). You have very stereotypical beliefs about anti-illegals that at least half of us don't fit. So if half of us aren't your idea of a stereotypical anti-illegal, wouldn't that mean your view of anti-illegals is half wrong and your just as culpable for the lack of compromise as the anti-illegals that are just as stubborn and hateful as the illegals? EVERYONE, including you has their own agenda. Compromise always begins with compromise. ANd for those unwilling to compromise watch out.
How can you have 'Evil" vs. "god" when god IS evil?
Okay, god is not evil because god does not exist. The idea of a god is not evil, because the idea of any fictional character is not intrinsically good or evil.
HOWEVER:
The belief in a god is foolish.
Foolishness, when accepted in the face of truth is willful ignorance.
Willful ignorance is among the most heinous of evils.
Some are born and rained in the teachings of a religion that preaches of a god. These people are brainwashed from birth and Monday to Saturday just don’t really give a hoot about the 'reality' of religion. Then on Sunday and special holidays, it's church and prayer time. These people have neither the will nor the skills to abandon the lies that have been taught to them, not to mention they spend less then 1/3 of 1% of there lives in deep religious thought. These people I understand and feel great pity for. After all, they are mindlessly accepting what has been placed before them and never really think about why.
However, those that spend hours a day studying their faith and when a question arises, ponder it then let it go (or "give it up to the lord") because the answers would bring about liberation from the shackles of their lies; these people are beyond contempt.
Those that would put faith in foolishness willingly are ignorant and sick. They lead others to ignorance and should be stopped!
You make a good point. Most people who respond to questions, especially in this section, haven't taken the time nor expended the energy to educate them self regarding various matters which they address. They are left only with what they heard some politician, commentator, or comic say about the subject. Absent that, they resort to blaming the republicans or democrats for everything from their lawn mower didn't start to what they had to pay for a gallon of orange juice. Not only will it continue to be that way, it will get worse. So add Educated vs Stupid, Stupid vs Educated to your equation.

Absolutelly right American Psycho..The problem is not reduced to the USA, but to other so called rich or developed, countries, because the main (I suppose) reason for illegal immigrants to enter a country, is to find a well paid job, that resolves their urgent basic needs.
You will find good and bad,,,however, I guess its not the environment, clothing, language, etc that appeals them.Its just a paid job

( I have a PhD in medical sciences) ..before my project was finished and I came back to my normal practice, the reason for many people staying there, is to pursue financial security.something that we dont have in mexico, at least, not for construction workers..Its a pity---there is a big, enormous failure of our system...too complex to be discussed here...and yes, we have had in Mexico very nice and productive European Immigrants, and some scum from Europe, Colombia and agrentina, that give us a bad name.You find thet everywhere,,,you are right,,,its a complex issue
