If you already have your 10 year green card from your marriage then it won't be cancelled because you get a divorce.
However, if you are under a temporary green card of 2 years, good chances are you are not going to be able to renew for the 10 year green card and will have to live the USA.
If you already are under the 10 year green card, then you can apply for citizenship after 5 years (3 if you are marreid ans still amrreid when you apply), so you shouldn't have to worry about re-applying a green card.
