Nonresident Alien acceptable employer paperwork. List A Question.?

Looking for insight into Nonresident Alien acceptable employer paperwork. Clearly an acceptable List A document is an unexpired foreign passport with an I-94 stamp. However, I am stuck with the “employment Authorization Stamp” language. Will I actually see those words on the I-94, or will I simply see the Visa type written in on that blank line

Those words are not on the I-94. Make sure you present the most recent I-94 (you get a new one when you enter the US or when you change or extend your status without leaving the US).
