All Middle Eastern countries.. because of all the war and confusion there...
North Korea they don't grow to their full height, the don't get to exercise their brain, they have to lie a lot (saying the Us is the worst country in the world) and if any of them do as the Mexicans do their family get murdered.
I'd say some of the places in Africa,they have some truly poor conditions.
