I was listening to the radio tonight and the Senate is being overwhelmed by phone calls and e-mails of people screaming "vote no" on this bill.
I hope so. Let the people speak so that the powers to be know what the majority wants.
it seems to be in hold because it needs to be studied further ...
something in particular which i had noticed is that the critics of this bill are in both sides and that they both seem to think that it has unfair unworkable parts in it , however it seems like it has already the votes of the majority in the senate ( the votes to be passed ) .. so i guess for now it is in hold so that every senator may read more about it .. that seems to be the main reason .
They realize it will not pass so want time to try and strong arm dissenters into agreeing with it.

Because American tax payers demand a reason why illegals can just break the law and get rewarded for it,it will never happen unless illegals want war.
Their plan that was hatched behind close doors could not pass the smell test out in the open. But this is not the end and we have to watch them like a hawk, to insure they do not try to pass off amnesty as comprehensive immigration reform
