For those that support the bill, you obviously think the illegal aliens are going to COMPLY with the bill right?
Pay the fines, self deport, apply for a green card etc...

They haven't voted on it yet. Congress is in recess right now...next week they will come back and debate it some more and then vote on it.

They debate it again next week. Bush is going opposition senator by opposition senator to 'bring them in line'. He is appearing at an event for Sessions, he 'spoke to' Hutchinson and now she thinks that 'it is better than the status quo' and that 'amendments can fix it'. Bush just gave a speech saying that if you are against the bill you are against 'what is right for America' like a President with historically low approval ratings is the right person to talk about that.
However, the vote is next week. There is a huge push to pass it.
