i am from Canada and I have been living here since sept of 2001 and they keep still telling me that my paperwork request for renew my green cars have been deicled and have to redo it to get it approve again and again, what could do? my family orginally comes from ireland, russia, and japan, does those kind of things relates to government to declied me?

Answer:
Well, if they keep loosing the paperwork, you may want to file a complaint- see the website www.uscis.gov for contact info. If you are missing some papers and they cannot approve your petition, find out what is it that you need and resend it.
Keep trying, they are notorious for losing paper work--keep hard copies of everything you send in, send things in twice.
Why is it saying that you are declined? There aren't enough details to appropriately answer your question.
