I'm a Special Ed Teacher from the Philippines, how can I get H1B Visa to US?
Answer:
As long as you can find a employer to sponsor you for your H1B, you will be able to work in the US. Because your occupation is a teacher and your employment will be in the field of education, H1B cap does NOT apply to your specialty. You can apply H1B anytime. Please do not listen to others who does not understand immigration law.
Become engaged to be married to an American. There is no other way.
They are pretty much all gone until April of next year. (There are a few exempt categories that aren't but I don't think they apply to you.)
God knows we need teachers. Go to uscis.gov and look at what you have to do.
