I am a registered republican?
Answer:
NOPE.
No. I think you registered for the wrong party. Still, a handful of Democrats support this resolution too.
I used to be one too, but I am not anymore. Now I'm an independent. Bush makes me sick and I'm ashamed to say that I voted for him. At least I can admit it.
I'm a Democrat. Was a Republican for 20 years until 2000. Let me tell you something I've been thinking: Democrat or Republican, it doesn't matter. None of them seem to be working for us.
Yes I am upset with the bill and the move on immigration in this way but the Democrats are the biggest supporter of the bill so do we support them or do you just not vote for a candidate who can be elected like a third party candidate. I am still a Republican since there are other issues I support that fall in line with the Republicans over the Democrats.
I'm not a Republican but I can tell you what I think. I don't think that just because they didn't represent you on one topic you should abandon them. Don't they represent you on other things like Gay Marriage and abortion. If not then maybe you did choose the wrong party.
I'm an Independent. I can't fully agree with republicans or democrats and after Bush's first go round, I thought it was the best choice.
In California if you aren't a Republican you can't vote in the Republican primaries. I sincerely doubt my candidate will win, and who knows how I'll vote in the final election, but I want to vote in the primary.
They may wish I hadn't, though.
And Mrs. Jeter, I am conservative enough to think the government has no place in those discussions. And they represent me little, but then the same with the Democrats... In my MIND I'm independent.
