What is your opinion on...?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=83appfaz6...
Answer:
I completely agree with them. Unlike many of the small minded people that answered this question I see the logic in what they had to say and I agree. There is no way to stop them from coming so we just have to do our best to assimilate them and get them to pay taxes. Only a small fraction of these people cause any sort of harm and the great majority of them are extremely hard workers who provide us with a large work force which really helps our economy.
Build the wall as quickly as possible, then deport them all. The illegals are criminals and have no rights as American citizens.
im sorry but i dis agree with this and i dont like illeagls we are approching 21 mil
They lost me at "undocumented workers"- obviously they are biased by race!~ the guy on the left is of latino decent and is emotionally invoved ...not logically involved...thats my opinion!
reward an illegal action? Does this man consider what he is saying? Oh wait, he is spending his time making videos on youtube and not working like any other tax payer. He IS "sponging off the system" and is just trying to set up his cronies to do the same.
My opinion? There is some spin.
Just because two well spoken men agree, that does not mean that they are right, it only means they agree with each other
I don't agree with these guys. Illegal is illegal period! Do not reward them for coming here illegally that is just plain stupid.
I think La Raza needs to quit hiring REALLY bad actors to promote their own racist agenda.
oh, I see. Mexicans are special because they border the U.S.
You throw the equality argument out the window when using this logic. We have a system in place now, if you aren't good enough, bye bye.
Are these guys your defense attorneys?
We need to secure the border, take away the jobs magnet and work to help fix mexico so they can hang on to their own people. The things in the video won't help solve the problem.
I disagree with them. I know that Hispanics are no worse than any other group. Most of my friends are from Latin America and they do not approve of illegals either. The reason Mexicans cannot get here legally is because so many have come here illegally. It is the policy of the USA to keep a balance between the nations they let in. The illegals have tipped that balance all out of whack by coming here illegally thus not leaving any place left for the ones who would come here legally. Some of my Hispanic friends cannot obtain a tourist VISA for relatives that want ot come visit because the government is afraid that they will not return and there are so many illegals here already. Shame on those 2 guys for trying to demonize the victims; the people of the USA.
Do you work for youtube?
I find myself unmoved by the "they're just humans too, let's cut them a break, it's only fair" talk. Why can't they just all get together for a revolution in Mexico, and fix their own country instead of running up here and pulling the USA down to their level? The faint strains of the imaginary song "My Heart Bleeds Purple Piss for You" were running through my mind as I watched that clip ...
(True Fact: in southern Idaho where I spent many years, the higher the concentration of latinos, the lower the property values were. Not hatin', just statin'.).
I agree with the 2 gentlemen in the first video. The second video just shows the cold truth of how we exploit them. People can sit there and say we don't, but that is living proof.
nice vids
just backs up my argument
mass deportation is nearly impossible and way to expensive & a wall would be nothing more than a sad waste of money.
These people are exactly that PEOPLE you can call the whatever you want ,it's isn't going to change the fact that they have emotions ,goals, worries, and families just like everyone else .Where is the humanity in today's society?
The American laundry storeowners that are from Korea being sued for 54 million how did they get there citizenship not being able to speak a word of English I hope the judge wins. This is not bigotry this is national pride and we the people of the United States of America are sick and tired of our elected ******* us.
Evil monk, that's the funniest spelling of the word "illeagles".
I am sick of the rhetoric and this video generalizes this issue. The Immigration "Reform" bill (lets call it what it was - Amnesty) was a disaster waiting to happen. Look at everything that would have come with that bill. Immigration is fine. As long as there is no cutting in line and it is done LEGALLY! My children are 1/2 Mexican, I am not a bigot as this video implies. Lets follow the letter of the law. I am sure if I broke the law I would not be rewarded for it.
TO start. I agree about their statement about Prejudice. TO characterize a group like the Anti-Amnesty as all being racist is Prejudice as well. They had a lot of nasty tricks in tehir arguement. They give valid point that those opposing illegal immigration and state it's off the table because it's not going to happen. Same can be said about giving illegal immigration rights.
As for the meat. Despite all of the fury, they still broke our law, as they pointed out. We didn't let them in, we perform the minimum to prevent them from coming. It's not a valid excuse to let them stay. THe other law violation may be hyped, but my point is one violation attracts other, they even admit that after they come here they are more likely to commit crimes to survive since they can't find jobs. THe laws are meant to lead people towards the right path. Illegal immigration is the wrong path if it encourage people to perform far more serious crimes. THey admit that being underground means their more likely to do the wrong things. THe choices states we must do something. THey even stated that cracking down on employers is a reasonable solution. That is reasonable to me.
As for why it takes so long for Mexicans to come here. That's because there are so many Mexicans who want to come here. We have a quota system. Half of all legal immigrants are Mexicans. It's unfair to other nationalities that we favor so much towards Mexico. Our immigration system is meant to encourage diversity.
Despite the dirty tricks (Which make my head spin) they are fairer than most who speak on the subject, but It doesn't convince me to take a softer stance on illegal immigration. A compromise can be made from some of their suggestion, but it's still too lenient and doesn't seem to stop further illegal immigration.
Edit>>> I saw the second video. one of my main reason for putting my foot down on immigration is that I see how legal immigrants are being exploited and realize how much worse the illegals are. We will always exploit the illegal immigrants. If we legalize this batch, more would come in and the employers will fire the newly legalize to exploit the new group. It's the truth of a black economy.
They hit the main points and I understood them all. This whole issue that "illegals" are the target of hate is serious and needs to cool down, a lot.
I agree with them 100%
video 1
The guy in blue lost a good portion of respectability by calling people opposed to illegal immigration bigots, but I'll let that slide for now.
He says that not all are sponging off the system, no one is arguing that, but they are working jobs that should belong to American citizens, and the claim that they are doing jobs that American won't do is false.
He also points out that some are paying taxes, this is true a small percentage are, 366,000 of them did pay taxes last year (these are the ones who are working to become citizens and likely already have the paperwork started) but that is a very small number out of 21 million (the IRS didn't mention country of origin)
He says "we let them in so now we need to do something positive and give them legal status" I'm sorry but we did not let them in, they snuck in or have stayed longer then they claimed they would be here and we owe them nothing.
He says that it is virtually impossible to become a citizen, this is also wrong, yes it's hard and takes allot of work but no it is not impossible.
He says we force them to be illegal, no we do not force them to do anything. Americans did not go into other countries, snatch up random people and bring them here to work, they came here on their own and made their own situations.
In the end the other guy did say something that is correct though, he mentioned that we stop hiring illegals and that is what is going to happen as the states start cracking down on the employers.
Video 2
yeah life's rough, we have people who are citizens who are having problems, oddly enough there aren't many video's for people who have lost their jobs to illegal immigrants. Factories across the country shut down, relocate, and then hire illegals all to try and save a few bucks. Look up outsourcing or just just try to find something labeled "made in America" So just what are all the Americans citizens supposed to do for work? WE NEED JOBS TOO.
Well, in the first one he says "We made the mistake and left them come in", That's not correct, they came in on they're own, nobody left them, they helped themselves and they knew it was wrong. Plus, that first one I think they're were paid to do it, that one man looks hispanic.
amen! it is impossible to come to this country!
if it was that easy trust me my whole family would have come to this country the "right way."
people have been here for almost 20 years! paid taxes and has never obtained any "freebies" we pay for everything we use! now we are being treated like we killed or hurt someone.
legalize the people here and then work your way out to solve the bigger problem.
thanks!
"This is a question of basic humanity, these are human’s beings and we need to treat them that way"
I agree.
they're ok.
There are procedures that we MUST follow. Every country has Immigration procedures that you MUST follow to gain access to their country. If these procedures are not being followed, as in this grand scale, then something has to be done, build THE GREAT FENCE OF TEXAS and get this influx under control. It CANNOT continue. U. S. companies are setting up large factories and plants in Mexico, so that is a form of aide.
