I think that maybe that would be a good idea. These people don't deserve the rights that are supposed to be reserved for Americans.
Look, I'm not advocating violence. The police and border patrol should use the same protocols they do for other crimes...dont endanger innocent bystanders, dont shoot an unarmed person, but don't hesitate for a minute to use your weapon if they are armed.

They should be identified, genetic samples taken, etc.
Then they should be entered into a national database available across the country.
They should be told that they may NEVER be United States citizens, EVER!
They should be tried, and sentenced, to a felony charge of invading our country and every other law we have regarding their crime.
Sentences commuted.
Send them back.
They show up again.
Sentences re-enstated and they serve it while waiting for the courts to add to their sentence for the second offense.

You do what you need to do to do the job and to protect yourself.
But as in the case of compean and ramos trying to apprehend the drug runner davila ...if someone turned while running and pointed something at you while you were after him, I consider firing at him appropriate in the situation .. as an example.

As we speak border patrol agents are imprisoned and others are facing trial for use of excessive force. Not even in Iraq has the government condoned the use of excessive force, rape, etc
