Since the vast majority of white supremacists groups are made up of people who can barely read, I don't think Latinos have much to worry about.

Would never happen in my part of the country. Where I live there are over 30 hispanic gangs. There are 2 white gangs. One of these gangs try the white supremacy crap and just keep getting their asses killed and beat up. The city I live in is where the Nuestra Familia gang has its beginnings.

Just because someone has a Latino last name, that does not necessarily make them a Latino. In case you hadn't noticed, sometimes people in this day and age marry people FROM OTHER RACES. So their spouse may not be Latino as well. And what race would you call their male children, and their wives?
A good example is CNN's Soledad O'Brien. She has at least 5 or 6 hyphens when talking about her background (Latina-Indian-Irish-etc.). She certainly doesn't come across as the "stereotypical" Irish person to me.
I really don't think that people should be afraid of listing their correct name in the telephone directory. If they are, they can always opt for an unlisted number. This is much more healthy than paranoia.

Exactly what group are you talking about? These days you don't hear much about white supremacy groups anymore. White people have moved away from that. They're all too busy kissing up to the other races, as far as I've seen. Now days, all I ever hear about is La Raza. Should I be worried about them locating me via the local phone book?
