she took the government benefits that she was given after her son's death ... given by our government which she hates... she wasted it on Camp Casey.. now look at her.. her 15 mins of fame are up and now she's running and hiding. sh'es a disgrace to America, to women and to mothers of military men adn women.. her son would be ashamed of her.

Personally, I think no one was paying her much attention anymore and now she is "taking her ball and going home". As far as her quitting the Dem party AND the Anti-war movement, I believe she is trying to see if anyone will notice and beg her to come back. So far, it doesn't seem to be working. My bet is within 2 weeks, she'll start up again. Once an attention whore, always an attention whore.
She probably came to here senses. She FINALLY realized that the libs had used her and when they were done with her she was dropped like a hot potato. Everyone else saw that this was coming but her!
She is so full of hate that it is destroying her!
Do not worry. Jane Fonda keeps coming out of retirement also.
