Does citizens and residents have the same student benefits"?

I mean there is any different if you try to go back to the school"? anyone can help me with this question ....

Answer:
Yes they are. I went to University of Maryland with full benefits
include In state tuition. That was before I became a citizen. As far as you are legal, you should be OK.
If you are thinking about 1-12th grades, citizen, residents, or illegal aliens don't make any different. 1982, Supreme Court pretty much allow everybody to get their education
Nope! Illegal alien criminals get free or reduced tuition and citizens have to pay for their education. The illegals also get priority getting into college programs.

BTW, a Marine that had returned from Iraq had to pay out-of-state tuition, since he had been out-of-state, and an illegal got the in-state tuition. Is that fair?
no.am a LPR i am paying my school fees from my pocket ,but i heard from the friend of mine who is a LPR like me he got a loan for college fee,so LPR are eligible for loan not other benefits.
