Passport needed in 3 weeks time - how long to renew?
Answer:
this is what i found at the passport website: The Fast Track one-week and Premium same-day services are available at Passport Offices if you make an appointment through our 24-hour Passport Adviceline 0870 521 0410 (see terms and conditions). Please note that during busy periods it may not be possible to get an appointment at short notice and you should allow at least two weeks for your appointment date.
thats quickest way i believe - hope this helps. if not you could always check the website yourself. its: http://www.passport.gov.uk/index.asp...
you'd best go to the passport office direct,it costs extra but it wont be done in time otherwise
now, today should be fine
Need to find a service center that handles walk ins...
I was told by the post office it would take this time to renew but to be on the safe side, I would get an appointment made to get it done in the one day. That way it's done and you don't have to worry about it.
If your photo is ok,7 days.Got mine 4 months ago in 5.
wht country are u from ? just contact the concerned dept on its official website. go thru the faq, they must have mentioned how to get one fast in emergency.. or write to them & visit them.
like 3-6months now.
If you go for the normal post service, it takes 3 weeks if you're lucky. You'll need to pay a load more for overnight delivery to the government, but if the form's filled out incorrectly it'll take them a while to process it anyway.
Sorry, but you'll be very lucky to get that back in time unless you drive to the nearest passport office and apply directly. Best of luck though!
I've just renewed mine .I used the post office check and send service £7 but says it should be back in 2 weeks, MIne was sent on monday returned the following monday couldn't believe it well chuffed. Send it now you should be ok or go in person to a passport office for 100% guarentee.
It took 1 week with going to the post office, paying for expedited delivery, and express mail both ways. They quoted 2-4 weeks, but I got all of them back in 1. I didn't use the one day (or overnight in some places) service which is more. The fees add up and it was pretty expensive even doing it my way, though.
WHY DID YOU LEAVE IT SO LATE?
