why dont you learn about the hispanic culture and see that they have african background or native...we are mixed people and also culture is a lot like black peoples. we even have similar meals...and south america/central has areas that are called the barrio...and the states even has spanish harlem..so please stop being descriminatory everyone is equal and shouldnt be decriminated against what they are. i think its the same reason that young whites do the same...dress/talk/hang out with....act like....they see it on places like MTV and BET...and are being raised by those kind of shows instead of being raised by parents(mom and dad)....so they have no moral compass....nothing is right or wrong anymore....so they try to live out what some marketing guy/gal..thinks the young ppl. think they want their life to be....its sad.....

your kidding right? its just what styles they are into at this point and time. anyway if they did embrace their hispanic ways then they would be criticized for that. everybody has a right to be who they want to be. nobody is ever set to stereotypical standards. every culture is different as well as having different people in that culture. what is hispanic history? is it my great great great...... conquistador grandfather or is the aztec warriors or the mexican farmhand? is it the mariachi, the pachuco, the zoot suiter. the illegal immigrant, the cholo, the indio, etc..get my point?
Hispanics? My 16 yr old Irish aamerican kid acts like that. And he's so white he glows in the dark I had hoped he'd grow up closer to his real heritage and appreciating things like Irish cuisine. A Potatoe and a six pack.
How can people 'act' black? or 'act' Chicano? And all Chicanos I know are extremely proud of being of Mexican descent. Maybe because they enjoy that certain style and music, however I still don't see how you could label a style or genre of music as black, white, etc..
