Why bother with the INS/Homeland Security/visa requirement/application?
There's a silent mass of those who came here legally, following each and every law and requirement in order to stay in status and doing it the right way!!
they came here for better education, better working opportunities, better living, etc, but they don't use that as an excuse to leech out of public resources, to break the laws over and over, they don't use that as an excuse for their resistance to learn English, they don't use that to shameless manipulate the system so that they get what they absolutely don't deserve.

I would LOVE to know how an illegal immigrant gets government benefits, my husband here 5 years, working and paying taxes can not even get a drivers license!!
We ARE working on his citizenship, been married 3 years, and have PAID extra taxes every year!
It really ticks me off that every time I call ANY phone number to a government office, cable, or service company I have to listen to the same thing in SPANISH, this is NOT North Mexico, it is the USA!! So why not just have everything in English, and if someone can not understand it they are out of luck!!
We should be an ENGLISH speaking country, with NO tolerance for other languages.(except in the home)

I agree with you, why should we have to get a passport or go thru airport security when so many have and still are coming across our border completly unchecked?

We have our Government talking their "National Security Interest" on everything. All past and present Administrations have failed to do anything about it.
If they followed the law and prosecuted those companies do the illegal hiring, then you would see the numbers drop.
Sure the illegals are going to complain. Why not they are getting all of these benefits here tax free and not paying taxes.

Why? Because our duly elected politicians have aided and abetted them to do this. Actually they already have all the rights of citizens. U.S. citizens are turned down for aid whereby illegal immigrants are receiving all these benefits and leeching off the American working people.
My granddaughter happened to hit a junk car full of illegal immigrant, of course uninsured. No one was injured but it cost her insurance company thousands in a settlement and of course all five of these illegals had to have extended chiropractic treatment.
Go figure!
