How can i settle with my ladylove in canada ??

i am live in egypt, my ladylove lives in canada and she is a canadian citizen, we gonna to get married, can we get Marriage certificate while she is in canad and i am in egypt,
can she sponsor me (as conjugal partner) or we just have to get Marriage certificate ?
plz i need ur help ..
