How do you obtain citzenship in another country?

If I am already an American citzen.

Answer:
It depends of the country. For example if you go to Europe, you can stay for 90 days, you don't need anything to ask for work permission, but if you want the citizenship, you need to marry someone from that country. If you marry and Italian, you'll be italian, and you can work in any country of the European Union.
But if you want to go to South America or Central America, well, they don't give you the citizenship, but if you are investing there, for example you get an apartment, you are able to live there pretty much forever.
Hope it was helpful.
Depends on the Country.

Read the laws of the Country you want to emigrate to.

You can also try the embassy of the Country you wish to emigrate to.
Bribe the Officiel, Zimbabwean Citizenship cost 20 Marlboro
Check with the embassy of your desired destination, whereever you want to emigrate, etc. It will vary by country.

Just FYI: You cannot, as a US citizen, get citizenship in another country without losing your US citizenship.

You CAN get residency, a permanent visa, etc.
