He should go to prison and be deported after a year to continue his jail sentence in his own country. This is what happens to all criminals who are not US citizens, even if they are here legally. If we do not incarcerate him here, then he should be extradited to his country and incarcerated there, in worse conditions than he would ever have here.
It seems as though you are trying to make an argument against illegal immigrants, though I don't think anyone would support this man staying in our country, just like we wouldn't support any non-US Citizen who is a criminal being able to abuse our rights.

Yes, this kind of delicts really hurt, I heard about a couple of gringos, who raped homeless children in Acapulco. unfortunatelly I think there are all kind of beasts in all countries..
