Anybody thinking of joining Minutemen?
Any ideas on dealing with this epidemic?

I donate money to the Minutemen organization. I have small kids and I am unable to actually go to the border and camp out. BUT when my kids are up and out and if there is still a problem.. you had better believe my husband and I with our travel trailer will be camped out along with them.

Thanks, but no thanks.Not every border city invites the Minutemen for there "help"..They were asked to leave in my city.Neither "La Raza" or "The Minutemen" is something I want to be involved with.
One last thing, "La Raza" doesn't speak anymore for the Hispanic community, than the Rev. Al Sharpton speaks for the black community..

I live in San Francisco so it is kind of a logistical impossibility but I have donated money to them.
of course I am, as soon as pigs fly. And a lot of people here have ideas, but most of them are racist and unrealistic and not many agree with the ones who are not.

I've been considering joining them. It doen's t seem like the federal government has any intention of securing our borders. I guess they want to see another terrorist attack in this country. I know they like having the illegal immigrants here even though many of them may well be terrorists preparing for the kind of widespread attack Osama bin Laden was trying to organize leading up to 9/11.
They couldn't get visas for everyone they wanted to fly planes that day. Now they know that they can sneak in without a visa and bring any weapons they want with them. We either have to shut our borders down or prepare for jihad on our city streets. It may be to late to avoid the latter but only an idiot would leave our borders open knowing that radical terrorists want to wage war with us on our own soil. The war in iraq isn't preventing that from happening. It is helping the radicals to recruit new members all over the world.
There are a few organizations I will be joining in the near future!
