Foreign girl want to come to india and also transfer her funds to my account?

an African girl who is 23 yrs old, whose parents were killed by the rebels has got out of her home town is right now in the shelter of a Christian priests. she has a some money in her fathers account in Scotland and it needs to be transferred in to my account and she wants to come over to india settle with me and do her studies etc... I wanted to know is it possible legally and what are the possible threats associated with it... kindly let me know and strings attached with these things...

It is a scam! Do not give access to any personal information including your bank account information.

If you want to see what happens open an account with $5 and give that information. Then see if any money is really deposited. Bet she wants to give you all the money and then will want just a little back. Do not be a sucker.
Legally with a visa she can come to India and get married legally too. Her money can be transferred legally too. But beware of the background. There are several instances of these sort of misleads that have put many a people at risk. Do not get attracted by money - as far as I know there are very few in this world who would like to transfer money to somebodyelse's account. You should be goddamn luckly to have a girl and her money!
