About getting married in guam..?

hi. i'm a foreigner and gonna get married with u.s citizen in guam. i can visit guam for 15days without visa.
.. after the marriage, can i go to the states with my hubby soon? if i can, how long does it take..?
or should i go back to my country and wait for immigration visa?

i'm really confused..,...

Answer:
After your marriage you still cannot go to the mainland (that is what USA is called) without a visa coming from the US embassy of your country. You have to go back first to your country and your husband will apply to petition you to go to the US since you are married to an american citizen. It is your husband who have to apply for a petition not you. It is much easier if your husband has petition you as a fiancee before you got married. It will only take 6 months. So you asked your husband-to-be to apply for your petition now.
