Smuggling is a very inhumane business, its mainly done for greed. The worst thing that happens is not that the illegals are returned to Mexico, The worst is the following:
They die in the desert because of lack of water.
They get left locked up in the back of a semi-truck abandoned and left to die.
They get robbed by the coyotes( the ones who are escorting them)
I.C.E. is actively pursuing illegal activities brought about by these so called "coyotes", unfortunately it just takes time.
I always hope the car crashes and all inside burn alive. Screw em, they are criminals and not welcome here.

Yes, the immigrants would probably be sent back. The driver however, may face prison time. What they should really do is scatter at the first sign of blue lights. Unless the police have backup, most would get away without endangering themselves.
I believe police should be able to use deadly force to stop anyone who runs from them...and yes, I'm serious. I am tired of seeing innocent citizens "accidentally" killed by felonious knuckle-heads running from the law.
i think it is a shame that people put their self into that position .......to risk being smothered.........and dying........but the smugglers couldn't do it if they weren't a demand for it.....doesn't make it right but thats how it is ......i do think they should face stiffer penalties when caught for their part in it ..........oh_hell
crossing the desert or rivers to enter into the US is dangerous, you are taking your life into your own hands, not to mention that you pay somewhere from $2000.00-$5000.00 US dollars to try. Usually you pay half now, half later, so if you are poor and cannot find work in your home town, and you borrowed $5000.00 of which you've already given $2500.00 to the coyote, going back to Mexico means going into debt with no way of paying, or trying again and having to borrow more, that you will have to pay back in the next year of working entry level jobs like dishwasher or hotel maid.
Seriously huh?They should be arrested,prosecuted,convicted and sentenced to no less than 10 years and no more than 20 years at hard labor like cool hand Luke I'm shaking the bush over here boss,hell were taking care of them one way or another,but i prefer prison instead of my own back yard,seriously!
While the illegal alien criminals are CRIMINALS, the smugglers are worse. They all need to be in jail. The illegal alien criminals should be deported.
However (I'm probably going to get in trouble for this APPROPRIATE, NON-RACIST comment) if the illegal aliens are hurt when they are sneaking across the border, it's their OWN FAULT. That is the consequence for their action.
