Yes, if you are IN your mother country. If you're in this country, your butt belongs to homeland security.
I think that the US has done away with that prospect and that a person has to choose to be a US citizen or another country.

I would suggest you pick one or the other. Maybe only half of the protection since one is only half a citizen. The other half is in another country.
