I am a 36 year old canadian living in Taiwan. Married. Is she legally a canadian?

Answer:
Canada just recently changed the law so she has many rights in Canada but there is still a lot of paperwork. I ,too, have a Chinese wife and live in China
wea did u get married, if in canada then yepp if there.. hmm questionable
If you didn't get married in Canada probably not .But if you have been living in her country for 2 yrs or more you shouldn't have too much trouble for her to immigrate if that's what you want to know.Immigration Canada is the best place to ask.
