Do I have to sign the I-20 before I send it to USCIS?

Hi.. I am going to apply to change status from an J1 to an F1.. I dont know if I ha ve to sign the I-20 to send my appliucation to the USCIS.. please help me...

Yes, you should. Make sure you send a copy of your I-20, not the original unless specifically asked by USCIS.
