You are correct.If an American citizen commits a crime and goes to jail,their family is also split apart.When someone commits the crime of illegally invading a country,then they have to face the consequences for that crime.If that means they have caused their family to be split apart,then they have no one to blame but themselves.
By the way,illegals have already committed tax fraud by working under the table and not paying taxes to our government.

Very few people have ever gone to jail for filling out their tax wrong. They might have to pay what they actually owed (or negotiate for less) and could have a penalty but I don't think I have ever heard of anybody going to jail except if they were wanted for something else and that's all the fed could prove.

Why is that "OUR" government has to make the reform on immigration laws and rules according to the "ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS" every single feeling and need? They didn't bother to follow the laws that were laid out for "EVERY ONE", yes "EVERY ONE" to follow, not only that, most of these people have for many years shamefully taken adventage of the system and profitted from it, while those of us who follow the law couldn't even get a decent health care coverage. NOW WE HAVE TO FEEL BAD ABOUT THEIR FAMILIES BEING SEPARATED???
WHAT ABOUT THE AMERICAN FAMILIES WHO"S BREAD WINNERS LOST THEIR JOBS TO THESE ILLEGAL CHEAP LABORERS???
